Originally from Phoenix, Dr. Curtis has moved to Prescott, Arizona, to bring his dental health and cosmetics expertise to the place. Our operations are nothing like the tangled corporate world. This is a 100% owner-run establishment where we pay attention to detail and focus on the patient's experience.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, my journey in service began early as a proud Eagle Scout. Following high school, I had the unique opportunity to serve a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where I became fluent in Czech. Upon returning, I completed my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, before returning home to earn my dental degree from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. I am a dedicated member of the American Dental Association and strive to uphold the highest standards of integrity in both my personal and professional life.
To kickstart my clinical career, I practiced in Price, Utah. There, I gained invaluable, fast-paced experience managing a high volume of complex cases under the direct mentorship of top regional clinicians. Serving that vibrant rural community allowed me to sharpen my clinical judgment and master advanced procedures far sooner than a traditional suburban practice would allow.
Committed to providing my patients with the highest quality of care, I continuously pursue advanced training in the latest dental advancements. I have completed extensive continuing education in veneers, cosmetic dentistry, sedation, and advanced bone grafting and sinus techniques. Notably, I completed rigorous, hands-on full-arch implant training under the direct tutelage of world-renowned surgeon Dr. Moe Tahoun.
Outside of the white coat, my greatest joy is my family. I met my wife, Kortnee, during college, and we are the proud parents of three amazing children. In our free time, you can find us swimming, skiing, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors together.
Gina has been a Certified Dental Assistant for over 34 years. She has been part of this practice for 18 years. She is also a Certified Phlebotomist. Gina is second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. She enjoys the great outdoors of Arizona whether it is hiking, disc golf or kayaking. She also loves spending time with her husband, four children and her two grandchildren.
Cassandra started in the dental field over 16 years ago. Her passion for dental health and patient care inspired her to further her education and she earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Rio Salado College in 2012. She is often complimented for her comfortable and thorough care. She maintains high and current standards in the field through continuing education. Cassandra and her husband relocated to the area from Phoenix three years ago. Her interests are in health and wellness, and travel and she enjoys hiking and camping.
I grew up down in the Valley and recently moved to Prescott with my husband and two dogs. We plan to build our dream home in the pines: somewhere between enjoying time with friends, hunting, and bowling. I have been a practicing hygienist since 2012 and love helping my patients feel confident in their smiles and knowing they have found their dental family.
Justin was born in Prescott and he has been a Dental Assistant for over 10 years. Justin loves spending time with his family, hiking and playing games with his friends.
CJ moved to Prescott one year ago from the Pacific Northwest she is married to a wonderful guy and has three miniature schnauzers she loves to go hiking and bike riding.
